Foodstuffs

Welcome to my food diary. I've read about people keeping a food diary for varying reasons (i.e. diet, caloric counting) and today after reading another persons article about beginning a food diary with her husband when they were first married, I thought to myself ... "well hell, I can do that!"

My family is tired of the same old stuff so I am trying to find new, healthier recipes to feed my husband and I (both have high blood pressure and need to lose a little weight), our 15 year old sophomore in high school daughter and our 18 month old toddler. I'm hoping this will help teach our kids what is healthy and help them maintain healthy eating habits as they grow. So let the fun and food begin! Slainte'!
